Welcome to PrimeRise – Glow Up Tracker ("PrimeRise","Lahi" "we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
By using PrimeRise, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account information: When you create an account using email/password or Google Sign-In, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo (if provided).
- Guest profile: If you use the app as a guest, we collect only a randomly generated device identifier, your chosen name, and gender preference — stored locally on your device.
- Profile data: Name, gender, and any optional information you enter in your profile.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Camera & images: PrimeRise uses your device camera to perform face analysis scans. Images are processed on-device using ML Kit — they are never uploaded to our servers.
- Usage data: Habit completions, challenge progress, streak data, and scan scores — stored locally on your device and, for signed-in users, optionally synced to Firebase.
- Device information: Device model, operating system version, and app version for crash reporting and analytics.
- Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the app. This data is anonymised and aggregated.
- Crash reports: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports to improve app stability.
1.3 Purchase Information
- If you purchase a premium subscription, the transaction is processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We receive only a transaction confirmation and subscription status via RevenueCat — we never see your full payment details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and personalise the PrimeRise experience
- To track your 90-day challenge progress, habits, and glow-up score
- To send optional daily reminder notifications (only if you grant permission)
- To process and validate premium subscriptions
- To improve the app through analytics and crash reporting
- To respond to support requests
3. Camera & Face Data
PrimeRise uses your device camera to analyse facial features (face shape, symmetry, jawline, skin, etc.) using Google ML Kit. All face processing is performed entirely on your device. No images or biometric data are transmitted to our servers. Scan results (numeric scores and text analysis) are stored locally on your device and are not shared with third parties.
4. Data Storage & Security
- Local storage: Most app data (habits, challenge progress, scan history, progress photos) is stored locally on your device using SQLite.
- Cloud storage (signed-in users): Account data is stored in Firebase (Google). Firebase uses industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
- Progress photos: Photos you take within the app are stored locally on your device only and are never uploaded.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data only with:
- Firebase (Google): Authentication, Firestore, Crashlytics, Analytics, and Cloud Messaging
- RevenueCat: Subscription management
- Google AdMob: For displaying in-app advertisements to free-tier users (may use device identifiers for ad personalisation)
- Law enforcement: If required by applicable law or legal process
6. Push Notifications
PrimeRise may send you daily habit reminders and challenge notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging. You can disable notifications at any time in:
- The app: Settings → Notifications → Daily Reminders
- Your device's notification settings
7. Advertising
Free-tier users see advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers and usage data to show personalised ads. You can opt out of personalised advertising through your device settings (Google Ads Settings). Premium subscribers do not see ads.
8. Children's Privacy
PrimeRise is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your account and data (via Settings → Delete Account)
- Opt out of analytics tracking
- Withdraw consent for notifications
For signed-in users, all cloud data can be deleted by deleting your account within the app. Guest users can clear all data via Settings → Clear All Data.
10. Third-Party Links
The app may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
